Mr. Narcisi graduated LaSalle College High School in 1980. He graduated Villanova University in 1984 with a B.S. in Economics; Temple University Law School with a J.D. in 1987 and an LLM in 1991. Upon graduation he worked for a large international law firm before he began his own practice. Mr. Narcisi has had several hundred jury trials and countless bench trials. He has secured successful results for clients in State and Federal Court on both the trial and appellate level. He has argued multiple times before the Pennsylvania State Supreme Court and the 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Narcisi has appeared in Federal Courts from Connecticut to Virginia. His practice involves criminal defense and immigration representation. Mr. Narcisi is fluent in Spanish and conversational in Italian. Being able to communicate within a first language enables him to be more efficient and complete, and clients who are in stressful situations find talking to counsel in a native tongue is comforting.
Arlene Tafler has more than thirty years of experience as an Immigration Specialist. She received an Associate of Arts in 1991 from Bucks County Community College, Newtown PA. She Graduated from Eastern University, St David’s PA in 2002 with a bachelor’s degree. Her thesis was on Computerization Moving Toward the Year 2000, Specifically Designed for an Immigration Law Firm. Since 2007 Arlene has been and continues to be a Senior Victim Advocate Volunteer at CARIE, Center for Advocacy for the Rights and Interests of the Elderly. She is also active in her local community, holding the position of Secretary of the 8th Police District Advisory Council (PDAC) for four years and counting.
